20 Minute Yoga Flow: Choose Love

The opposite of love isn’t hate, the opposite of love is fear.

Ask yourself: ‘What are you of”

Mantra: ‘Inhale: I breathe in love…. Exhale: I breathe out fear”

In this 20-minute vinyasa yoga flow:

  • Begin seated with simple breath-work. Connecting to the mantra.

  • Then move through cat and cow and tabletop core work.

  • Low or high lung to open heart

  • Low cobra and sphinx will open up the chest and engage the back.

  • Mini side plank to gate pose.

  • End with reclined pigeon pose and a full-body shake.

This yoga class will gently build on itself to warm up the body and create space where you feel stuck. It is intended to release energy blocks and lower vibrations to get you feeling the absolute best you can.
