This short class will counteract the habit of sitting at your desk and hunching over a computer.

Open up your hits and chest with every breath as you melt away stress and reset your day!

What to Expect in this Practice

  • Gentle, grounding breath

  • Eagle arms to release shoulder tension

  • K27, Energy Medicine points to get your energy moving forward

  • Gentle Lunges (to open up the front of the hips)

  • Gentle Hamstring Stretch
